Venus Factor

John Barban’s Venus factor workouts are short, intensive and do not require special equipment; you only need a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells and a pull-up/dip bar. For someone who does not have a pull-up/dip bar, Chad outlines substitute body weight or dumbbell exercises that can be performed instead, so actually even if you do not have pull-up/dip bar there is no need to worry about a lack of equipment.
